We work with you to price a solution. Depending on the scale of the project, we may engage in a scope & feasibility exercise before committing to a project.
Following the acceptance of a project, you can be involved as much or as little as possible.
Ongoing support and maintenance of the solution lies with us, but the triage of service request will likely come via your helpdesk.
